Setting up your account

  1. Register using the same email address you used when you ordered. This is what links your orders to your account.
  2. Verify your email. Check your junk folder if the link doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
  3. Log in. Your orders will be waiting.

What you can do

  • Orders and images. View any past order and re-download your barcodes in PNG, PDF and SVG formats. You can also forward an order to your designer or printer.
  • Product registration. Add or edit your product and company details, and publish them to the International Barcodes Database and IBN Verified. Free with every EAN-13 and UPC package.
  • Customise & Redirect Dynamic QR codes. Point a code at a new URL without reprinting a label, and restyle its colours, frames and shapes in the free designer.
  • Renew Dynamic QR codes. Dynamic QR codes are valid for 2 years, and you can renew yours in the portal when the time comes, rather than ordering again through the shop (renewal fees apply).
  • ITF-14 carton codes. See each carton code next to the retail barcode it came from, with your own notes against it.
  • GTIN certificate and account details. Change the company name on your certificate after a rebrand or transfer, and link any other email addresses you’ve ordered under so everything sits in one account.
  • 2D barcodes, at no extra cost. Retailers are starting to scan 2D codes at the till, so we’ve made it easy to get ready. Create a 2D image for any GTIN you’ve bought from us, in PNG, PDF or SVG. If you’d like the code to link to live product information online, add a Digital Link subscription.

Update hundreds of products in one conversation

Registering a whole range one form at a time gets old fast. You can now connect the AI assistant you already use at work to your portal account, then tell it what needs doing in plain English. For example: “register these 40 products from this spreadsheet,” “point my summer QR codes at the new landing page,” or “show me which carton code goes with each retail barcode.”

The assistant makes the changes for you. It can only see and edit the barcodes you’ve bought from us, nothing else.

One portal for the whole network

Every licensee in the International Barcodes Network shares this portal. Wherever you bought your barcodes, and whichever country you bought them in, they all appear in the one account. If you placed some orders under a different email address, link it, and those will show up alongside the rest.
