The International Barcodes Network

Canada Barcodes is an authorised member of the International Barcodes Network, a group of independent barcode resellers working to make legitimate, reasonably priced barcode numbers available worldwide.

What membership means for you

• Numbers that are checked. Every number is verified against the network’s shared database before it’s sold, so no two members can issue the same one.
• Answers about other countries. We can tell you how retailers treat barcodes in a specific market because we have members on the ground there.
• Free listing on the International Barcodes Database, which feeds several other product lookup services.
• Proof of ownership that stands up outside Canada, not just here.

Where the network operates

The network operates directly in more than 120 countries and has customers in over 160 countries. That reach is why our numbers are accepted by retailers worldwide, and why we can answer questions most single-country resellers can’t.
